Produced in the style of, and as a loving homage to the classic silent B&W films of Buster Keaton, 'Oh How the Times Have Changed!' tells the story of Joe, a lovable sad-sack who, after having his heart broken by his beloved, is haplessly transported from his home in 1928 to the the year 2009. While running for his life from futuristic cars and a menacing pair of ticked-off bar-room bruisers, can Joe find true love again, and a place in this new world?
